Us women in the UK are terrible for buying the wrong kind of underwear, I would know as I was one of them, but that was before I discovered M&S' lingerie range. They are really becoming a huge contender in the lingerie market for women of all ages and are known for their substantial ranges for women of all body types. Take Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's Rosie for Autograph collection which comes in sizes A-E and a variety of styles to suit different personalities. I wore the above set last Saturday for the day to test out the collection in a size DD cup and size 10 bottoms (hardly Rosie's size) but I couldn't have felt more feminine and confident. Not only was the set comfortable, but even in such a large cup size I felt sexy.
This set fits perfectly in with my personal style as it's simple but with gorgeous detailing. I am obsessed with patterns and the nude colouring is a nice change from my usual black lingerie. For someone of my body shape I would advise you not to shy away from collections like Rosie's just because it's designed by a supermodel - she really has made it work for women of all body shapes. I think buying the right cup size really makes a difference to your posture, the way your boobs look and how you feel about your body. Picking the right underwear is so important as it can mean the difference between you feeling sexy and feeling awful.
My top three tips to picking the right underwear would be; cup size (it's there for a reason so take notice of your size, it will really make a difference), colours (just choosing different colour underwear can make you feel more confident; the sexiest colours are rich tones like red & purple for the winter and pink and white for the summer) and finally pick the right knickers (if you have large hips and a small tummy like me I would opt for the high waisted knickers [pictured] as they flatter your best bits.)
Merry Christmas & Happy Shopping :)
