Breath of fresh air

It has been 2 weeks since I embarked on my new healthy living lifestyle (brought on by the realisation I only had 2 months to get in shape for my holiday). I have been going to the gym and working out at home 4-5 times a week, drinking whey protein after exercise and eating a clean diet of chicken, fish, fruit, nuts and vegetables. I must admit I am still craving a cake or two, but I have never felt better in myself. I am less tired, full of energy, not bloated, and the problem areas I have always struggled with are finally pissing off one tiny step at a time! Even in just 2 mere weeks I have seen a huge difference and am excited to see the full results in 7 weeks time. So be aware my social media accouts will be full of food, protein and exercise selfie's in between outfit posts :)
