Race for Life - Pre Run Training

It is almost time for me to take part in my second 'Race for Life' for Cancer Research so I am getting some last minute pre-run training in before tomorrow's big day. I don't want to do anything too strenuous as knowing me I will pull a muscle beforehand, so I have started today with a 15 minute stretching session to prepare my muscles, followed by a 10 minute jog to warm up my legs and ended with a 15 minute weight session for my core. On race day tomorrow I will be getting up bright and early with a bowl of scrambled eggs to start, followed by a banana just before the race for energy.
